Based in the heart of the island, 1km away from 'Port Joinville'.
This villa is composed of a main house and an annexe, (le Petit
St Amand). These two constructions are totaly independant from
one another, but may also be rented together, enabling you to
organise family gatherings, seminars or group holidays. (24 personnes
maximum).
Kitchen and cooking facilities found in each accomodation:
electric and gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven,
traditional oven, dish washer, washing machine, small household
appliances, crockery, TV set.
During Summer and in mid season, we rent from sunday to sunday. |

In a quiet area, 800m from the Port, the villa includes 3 annexes
but still remains independant with individual gardens and barbecue
spaces.
Upto 4 people may stay in the gound floor accomodation. Upstairs,
5 people will enjoy the sea view.
Linnen is in common. A washing and drying machine are at your
disposal.
EIndividual facilities : electric co oker, microwave oven,
fridge, dish washer, small electrical appliances, cutlery, TV
set.
During Summer and mid season, we rent from monday to monday. |
